1. Who we are

Heal With Nayo is operated by You Rewritten 2.0 LLC, based at 30 N Gould ST STE R, Sheridan WY 82801, USA ("we," "us," "Nayo"). By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. The work we offer

Sessions offered through this site use Advanced Thought Field Therapy, delivered online, one-to-one. Session length, format, and package details are described on the packages page at the time of booking.

3. Not medical or mental health treatment

Thought Field Therapy is a complementary practice. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy from a licensed provider. Nothing said on this site or during a session is a medical or psychological claim about your specific situation, and results vary from person to person.

If you are currently under the care of a doctor or mental health professional, this work is meant to complement that care, not replace it. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away, not this website.

4. Booking, payment, and packages

Packages and pricing are listed on the site at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise in writing. Package sessions (The Release, Unlimited) are personal to you and are not transferable to another person without our agreement.

Unlimited spots are capped and offered on a first-come basis. Once the cap is reached, new Unlimited enrollments pause until a spot opens.

Unlimited is a 12-month commitment. Pay in full at $4,800, or in 12 monthly payments of $450 ($5,400 total). Enrolling commits you to the full 12 months. Cancelling or stopping payments before the term ends does not remove the remaining balance owed for the committed term.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Life happens, and we handle this person to person rather than with automated penalties. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, by using the contact form or replying to your booking confirmation. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be asked to rebook rather than reschedule.

Package sessions (The Release, Unlimited) are expected to be used within the stated window (6 months for The Release, 12 months for Unlimited). Unused sessions do not carry over past that window unless we agree otherwise.

6. Refunds

Because sessions are time reserved specifically for you, completed sessions are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a package before any sessions have been used, contact us and we will work out a fair resolution.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to show up for sessions in a private, safe space with a stable internet connection, and to give accurate information about your situation. You are responsible for your own decisions during and after a session, including any decision to seek additional medical or mental health support.

8. Confidentiality

What you share in a session is kept private. We do not discuss your sessions with anyone else, except where required by law or where you ask us to (for example, coordinating with another provider at your request).

9. Results vary

Every nervous system is different, and we do not guarantee a specific outcome, timeline, or result from any session or package. What clients commonly report is described on the site as general experience, not a promise of your individual result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heal With Nayo and You Rewritten 2.0 LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or participation in a session. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session or package in question.

11. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. Meaningful changes will be made clear, not buried.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
